International Journal of Psychotherapy Practice and Research (IJPR) aims to publish stimulating, evidence-based, balanced, and objective material that will contribute to the knowledge and practice of psychotherapy. The editors encourage authors to submit research that is relevant to psychotherapists in a wide range of practice settings, including private and community-based clinics, hospitals, universities and academic settings, research institutions, and government agencies. The journal welcomes contributions from all areas of psychotherapy, including research, theory and practice, clinical case studies, and ethical aspects of professional practice."


Submission Process:

In order to submit articles to the IJPR, authors need to follow the journal's guidelines, which can be found on the website. Authors should submit their manuscripts electronically by submission process portal as a single file in PDF format. The submission should include an abstract, keywords, an introduction and main body of text, and references. The journal encourages the submission of research papers, reviews, practice (case), and methodological papers.

Instructions to Prepare your article:

IJPR is committed to providing authors with timely, fair and objective decisions concerning publication of their research. The journal is published online only and is available for free to everyone. Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts in accordance with the Instructions for Authors and via the online submission system of the journal. Upon submission, authors are requested to provide detailed information about the type of article, research methods, and results. In addition, authors are asked to suggest potential peer reviewers and to provide an assurance that the manuscript has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere."
