Aims and Scope

The International Marine Science Journal ( IMSJ) aims to provide a high-level platform for international researchers to exchange, discuss, and publish their research results. It also encourages international researchers to share their expertise and experience through collaborative research activities. The journal strives to promote and develop a wide range of marine science disciplines across the world and to provide an opportunity for researchers to share their findings with the international marine science community.

Marine ecology and conservation: Studies on the organisms and interactions within marine ecosystems, and efforts to protect them.

Marine biodiversity and biotechnology: Research on the diversity of marine life and the potential uses of marine organisms in biotechnology.

Marine geology and geophysics: Studies of the physical structure and processes of the ocean floor and coastal regions.

Marine chemistry and physics: Research on the chemical and physical properties of seawater and their effects on marine life.

Marine meteorology and climate change: Studies of the weather and climate of the ocean and their impacts on marine ecosystems.

Marine pollution and management: Research on the sources and effects of pollution in the ocean, and efforts to mitigate it.

Marine resource utilization and management: Study of the sustainable use and management of marine resources such as fish stocks, oil and gas reserves, and mineral deposits.

Marine policy and governance: Examination of legal and policy issues related to marine conservation, development, and resource use.

Emerging trends and research in marine science: Coverage of new and innovative research in all areas of marine science.

Quality assurance and accreditation in marine science research and publications: Procedures to ensure the validity, reliability and accuracy of marine science research and publications.

This journal is committed to maintaining an open and transparent review process. It has a rigorous mechanism and editorial policies to ensure that all the research articles meet the highest scholarly standards and provide the most up-to-date information on the marine science topics. All articles are subject to peer review by at least three reviewers who are independent and expert in their respective fields. The journal also welcomes suggestions from readers on how to improve the content and readability of the articles published.
