Journal of Mammal Research

Aims and Scope

Journal of Mammal Research (JMR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access publication dedicated to disseminating original, high-quality research on mammalian biology. Our goal is to make scientific findings easily accessible to a broad audience, thereby enhancing scientific knowledge and understanding. Our journal's scope encompasses a wide array of topics, including conservation, anatomy, genetics, and systematics of mammalian species. We invite researchers and professionals who are passionate about mammalian natural history to contribute and engage with our community.

Our journal welcomes original manuscripts focusing on the taxonomic, ecological, evolutionary, and physiological aspects of mammalian species, encompassing their behavior, population dynamics, and conservation efforts. We encourage scientists to submit their research in diverse fields, including molecular evolution, organismal biology, and physiology, alongside molecular genetics and behavioral studies. We also support theoretical and experimental research methods, such as microarrays, bioinformatics, animal modeling, and agroecology.

We are interested in research that explores the use of AI technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, and data analysis to study mammalian behavior, and population dynamics. Below few keywords are specified, which belong to the scope of the journal, not strictly restricted to them. For more information do contact us at [email protected]
