Biography
Yusen Zhang received the PhD degree in computational mathematics from Dalian University of Technology, China. During 2004–2006, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Bioinformatics and Computer Applications at the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is a visiting scholar in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently affiliated with Shandong University at Weihai, Weihai, Shandong, China. His research focuses on algorithms in computational biology, bioinformatics, and statistical genetics, including feature selection methods for gene expression data in cancer classification.
