Invoices are issued upon manuscript acceptance. Payment is due within 15 days to prevent publication delays. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfers, and PayPal. Institutional purchase orders are accommodated for partner organizations.

Publication fees are allowable expenses under most major research grants including NIH, NSF, Wellcome Trust, and European Research Council funding. We provide compliant invoices and documentation to satisfy funder requirements for Open Access mandates.

APCs are non-refundable once production has commenced following acceptance. Authors may withdraw manuscripts at any time prior to acceptance without financial obligation.
